I don’t come here often despite living in Alta Sierra with kids that love pizza and that’s because of the inconsistencies with the food from the sauce and toppings proportions to the overall bake on the food. It just seems to be so different every time I go.Sometimes the pizza is phenomenal and others it’s such a let down. Also never order the boneless wings. I understand that they aren’t actually wings but they are completely inconsistent shapes and are made up of 3/4 over fried batter and 1/4 some pieces of chicken. Very disappointing considering their actual wings are pretty good but you gotta be kidding me. I don’t understand how you can serve that to people. I mean kids Dino nuggets have more meat in them. Maybe you’ll have a better experience but I think I’m done paying money and basically flipping a coin if the food will be quality or not. Maybe it’s different chefs putting more care into what they do than others I don’t know. But 36 bucks for a Luke warm pizza and a bunch of uneven pieces of over fried batter is ridiculous . This was take out but I only live 4 minutes from the place and showed up right at the quoted time; the pizza and batter that’s supposed to be wings should still be hot. The staff is always very nice and it’s a nice looking pizza place with a...
Read moreShort Version: We were there for dinner for 1 hour and 25 minutes and left after having 1 drink each and a half-baked pizza in a box. MULTIPLE other groups came, ordered, ate, and left while we were there.
Long Version: Don’t know if the workers were inept, overwhelmed or a combination of the two, but we were reassured REPEATEDLY that our order was coming out soon or it was being checked upon, and our server even said, “I’ll check on you order again since I’m not sure I put it in.” After being there an hour, listening to people’s kids scream at the top of their lungs and run around like it was a McDonald’s playground (do NOT sit outside), we asked to make our pizza to go. 25 mins later we finally got the pizza and could pay and leave. Two groups of SIX came, ordered, ate, and paid before we got out of there. Multiple other smaller parties ate their pizzas in front of us and had left. Was even asked at one point, “do you mind if I take these guys’ order; they’ve been waiting a few minutes.” Not making that up.
They comped us the drinks but still had to pay $28 for the pizza, which turned out to be a MOSTLY doughy, uncooked crust, and we had to put it back in the oven.
You might want to wait a while before trying this place. They haven’t quite got it...
Read moreWe came in to dine tonight after my kids game arriving at 6:45. 4 adults and 6 kids. We were seated in the far back corner the hostess asked if she could take our drink order before the waiter comes out, we said yes gave our order of waters for all. 10 minutes later our water comes out. We go to give our order, and the guy says he will send your waiter out, he doesn't take orders. 25 minutes goes by (the kids are getting restless by this point) I send my husband up to let them know we're ready to order, they assure him they're on the way. 10 more minutes goes by and we decided to go to the front to order. And state hey we've been waiting for over 30 minutes, would it be easier to place our order up here? The hostess rolls her eyes and said sure. The waiter said he had no clue we were back there waiting and asked where we were seated. We give our order and the food comes out completely staggered. We get our appetizers and one kids meal at about 8, the the rest of the kids meals come out (about 5-10 minutes after eachother) 1 hour after we got our appetizers our pizzas come out.. tables who arrived much after us had already gotten their pizza and left before we even received ours. We ended up leaving at 9pm. The hostess was rude and had bad...
