Wow Donuts — Restaurant in California

I was blown away by how bad experience I had here. The last time I tried coming here they were closed so today when I thought of donuts I left early and showed up to an open sign. Updated n walking in a short guy walked out from the back clearly irritated that I was interrupting whatever he was doing in the back . I tried to ignore his rudeness and order a dozen donuts but I couldn’t get past his unwelcoming way. I said “ it seems clear your not interested in customers and he just turned to walk in the back without a word. I left and bought my donuts at Mary’s in downtown lakeside, where it was a great experience. Customer service is number one to me and this place seems to prioritize its own convenience over clients....

I have loved this donut shop since I was a little kid. My dad used to always bring dozens of donuts home before I even woke up. Now that I am old enough to get my own donuts I still go here because the donuts taste the same and havent changed through the years. Super delicious! Do not get 711 donuts when this place is...

**Food is delicious, n lady's super-nice, BUT... Recently (Last couple months.), I've noticed stuff has been SUPER-SATURATED with OIL! Flavor is great, but they need to sort that out, as it's'a turn-off, and has me reconsiderin continued patronage.
