Edit Review: I had to edit my review today. I left this establishment a five-star review over 2 years ago. I picked up some brisket and sausage just to have in my semi for snacks on the road. I have to say today I was just highly disappointed. it wasn't the same quality that it was 2 years ago. the brisket texture was more like pot roast than smoked brisket. It had little to no flavor. The sausage was also subpar as well. it had sort of a slimy mushy consistency and it was just lacking flavor also. if either of the meat was cooked on a pit that was very hard to tell. that being said nothing else has changed about the establishment. I will give them another shot down the road as every restaurant can have an off day or off period. the service and atmosphere was great the quality that meets just was not up to Snuff today!

Ordered lean brisquet. It was very good but the portion size was laughable. I actually wondered if i was on candid camera. It was only a few bites, small portion of potato salad and 1 slice bread. The taste was very delicious but it was hardly no food. The price was very high for not much food. It was not enough food for my husband at all. Portion size was great if u were a woman on a diet.
