Casey's — Restaurant in Cambria

We ordered online last night August 24th 2 pizzas. We took the deal in rhe app for 1 pizza at $15.99 & a 2nd for $7 off. We ordered re we d the brisket as 1st choice and Supreme for 2nd. All our contact info carries over to the store, so when we arrive arrive pick up, the young lady behind the counter in not pleasant at all, when she and the person making pizza both offer no apologies nor solution or explanation why we were not contacted prior to arriving that rhe brisket was not available due to out of stock. There is no excuse for the complete lack of professionalism or disregard for customer service. It's pizza not some major transaction, I get that, but it's the inadequate and basic understanding of conflict resolution. Had we been notified of Brisketgate 2022, we could have chosen an alternative. Now it seem CASEY'S FAMOUS FOR PIZZA 🍕, just depends on the staffing. Call Casey's Pizza at 11:40am to ask them to cook a beef pizza so I can get some spices you have to call in to order beef Pizza for the slices due to consumer mostly eat pork.
