We've been here before, so the environment and building is not new to us, although it is indeed very impressive and the high ceiling and atmosphere has always given the place an airy feel, which is good.

One order of the food, however was disappointing. We ordered the maple bacon burger (well-done) and the chicken feta pizza (gluten-free crust). The burger was good, and it was done well (pun intended). The fries that came with it was rather dry and not too hot. The disappointment was with the chicken feta pizza. It was really very dry. The gluten-free crust was not bad, though, dry. But the lack of feta and and the lack of chicken and whatever comes with it make the order rather pale and anemic, and DRY. BUrger was 4.5/5. Chicken pizza was 2.5/5.

In addition, you can perhaps have more help in having more servers. I see many of them trying hard and running around, short on time. We were not told there were "specials" for the evening. We only found out when the specials were recited to the table next to us. The service in general all was good and satisfactory.

Lastly, we do wonder why there were no cost listed for the glasses of wines on the wine menu. It would be far more transparent if there are prices listed for a glass of the choices of wine. I know it is a brewing place (beer), but on the menu, the concept ought to be having prices stated.

Might we return? I'm not against coming back, but we were disappointed.

9/13/24 We did return. This time, the food was very good and moist. My wife ordered her salmon on salad. She really enjoyed it. I had the maple bacon burger. The fries were also fresh and crisply soft, not dry, and not too salty. Service was...

Emily, our server at the bar, earned the only star I felt this establishment was worth receiving. She was attentive throughout the dining experience and apologetic when our friend didn’t receive her pizza. The facility, itself, is exceptional. I was alarmed when stepping out of the vehicle to hear blaring live music but seating inside at the bar offered enough of a buffer to hear most of the conversation with my friends. The blueberry mojito for $10 was underwhelming, at best, and the rum tasted like bathtub gin. I ordered the sun and soil chicken. The kitchen should’ve left that dish in the dirt. The “Parmesan crusted chicken” was as dry as the orzo was soggy. It all lacked a dynamic flavor profile. This is a $20 dish at any other restaurant but this place must be leveraged to the hilt because they’re charging $30 for such nonsense. My husband got the strawberry fields salad and it looked equally as pitiful but I couldn’t reason with asking to try a bite because the portion was absurdly small for a dinner salad. I’m not even going to get into the pizza my friend never received because the pizza oven is only able to cook two at a time and hers hadn’t arrived by the time the rest of us were finished with our entrees. Note to management, if you are going to require your bartenders to prep limes behind the bar, give them a proper prep surface (cutting board) so they aren’t slicing them on the same counter they’re spilling alcohol all over without cleaning afterwards. Perhaps you can train your bartenders on pours and recipes so that some aren’t eyeballing ozs and over serving guests. That was...

4 star food served in a 2 star establishment

The food is very good, if not slightly over priced. Our waiter Trevor was fantastic and took excellent care of us, being very polite and friendly. If you have ever been to a gun raffle in Northwest Pennsylvania, RBC will be very reminiscent. It is extremely crowded, with way too many tables that are meant to seat 2 people and instead cram 4 people into, making the experience literally elbow to elbow. This is nothing to be said about other parties in the restaurant, as you would literally have to get out of your seat to let someone at a nearby table get up to do to the bathroom. It is that cramped in both dining rooms. Another issue is the rate that the food comes out. Except for the appetizers (pretzel bread sticks) the main courses were staggered over the course of 15 minutes, leaving you to either be rude and eat your course before the others do, or let your food get cold while you wait for everyone else's orders to arrive. Overall I would say the management needs to make big changes before I ever come back: Remove one out of every 3 tables to free up space, and be stricter on the kitchen staff by ensuring that orders come out together. I understand that Friday/Saturday nights are going to be busy. However, with paying premium prices you should receive a premium dining experience, not feel like you're in the coach section of an American...

Mixed feelings about this place but a very enjoyable experience. We were seated quickly were I would say is the center of the building so we had a nice view of the dining area, the outside patio, and the connecting room. Our waiter was friendly and proffesional taking our orders and checking back frequently. He was also telling us about the building and the food that comes from local farms and businesses. We ordered a pizza to share and I ordered the BBQ Duck on Mac and Cheese for my meal. The pizza was delicious but the duck on Mac and cheese was personally not a favorite of mine. I never tried duck before and because it was on Mac and cheese I thought how could I not like it. The duck tasted good and so did the Mac and cheese but in my opinion the BBQ didn't mix well with the cheesey flavor. Overall just going to experience the beautiful building, it's warm atmosphere, and learning it's history is worth it.

I have visited here with family and friends 4 times over the last month. The atmosphere is great, food and service is constantly excellent. Reservations are a must for the weekends and make them 2 days early or you will be stuck with 8 pm or later. Its worth the wait. Wood cooked pizzas are my favorite but everyone in our party of 8 last night had a different main course and starter to share. Everyone was happy. The beer is very good and the whole package is worth coming back. My only complaint is to teach the bartender how to pour a stout beer. I ordered the same beer 2 weekends In a row and was awarded a large glass of froth. I have had many hundreds of stouts in my lifetime. Some in Ireland. It is never served like that. I ended up with 2/3 of a glass of beer. Send your bartender to Ireland for lessons.

Burger was delicious, fries came out like warm/cold. Thankfully bartender got us more fresh ones right away but they were kinda over cooked. Overally love the vibe, Tuesday had a bingo singo event going on. Plenty of good tunes, ambiance is awesome. Great barn house rustic vibe. Love the outdoors area. Warm friendly service from Carrie. Disappointed they charge you for every condiment like ketchup and Mayo tho. Never a fan of that when the burger is $18 and chicken sandwich is $18 as well. They have happy hour 5-7 pm half Off drafts. Loved the watermelon sour, the blonde was good and strawberry lager. Good IPA variety too. Sure miss the old hotel. Such a sad story. Used to love the music fest here. But anywho. Love the ambiance. Pricey. But quality. Just can’t stand the condiments add ons.
