Went to this Subway at 6pm; had called before had to ask about 2 footlong subs fir $5 each but NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Got there and had to order online. Special still valid. While waiting fir subs told “ we have NO CHEESE BREAD anymore”; I changed to wheat. Next told “WE RAN OUT OF TUNA”. Told them to cancel the tuna sub. Next told “YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 20 minutes TO GET A REFUND PLACED BACK ON YOUR CARD”. supervisor to do this at other Subways So much for FAST food. Worst experience at a Subway have ever had. There is every right to be anxious and overwhelmed but to just be absolutely rude and telling customers how anxious and overwhelmed she is. Has no understanding on how multitask. It's not the customers fault. It's poor management.
