Rolls Bowls — Restaurant in Camden

Cannot rate the food because I tried 2 days in a row and never received food. The 1st time may be my fault, ordered through Seamless about 120pm not knowing they close at 2pm, so my order was cancelled. Seamless left me a vmail saying that the vendor did not accept my order, again thinking because I ordered too late. Today, I ordered again on Seamless at about 1215p because I really wanted food. I show up, there arr people waiting, looking hungary. I waited in line for my pick up order. The guy says there is no order and walks to the back. Looking confused, asking other people what they ordered. He starts speaking to the next person. I say excuse me am I getting my food? He asks my name, looks at my phone, takes it to the back to speak with someone, still looking confused, then comes back and says we dont use Seamless. This was at about 115pm. The guy didnt seem to care about the miscommunication between Rolls Bowls and Seamless. He didnt even seem to care that I drove to get food and I walked out with no food. He didnt care about trying to rectify the problem. I would have waited or came back because again I wanted my food. Not totally their fault but service is slow, the front counter man needs help, with a bunch of balled up receipts and asking people what they ordered. They need a better system. I also called Seamless because I doubt Rolls Bowls would, to report this issue. Maybe one day I will try again but doubt it. I NEVER even knew the Croc Center had a cafe inside. One day after completing my walk/jog (Ben Frank) I decided to see what DoorDash had to offer in the area, this place stood out because they’re menu had some good name for their dishes lol ALL TOWNS FROM MY CITY♥️ so I had to try! First up for sure was the Pollock sensation and that was so good. Next week I believe I had EastCamden Connection definitely didn’t disappoint either!!! I think it was 10 bucks, and both bowls left me full and satisfied! Wish this create some fresh drinks as well! Check them out if you haven’t.. update pics...

Where do I began, the service was very professional from the point I approached the store. I was greeted with a smile, the store was very clean and all of the food looked fresh. I didn't know what to pick. My wife and I decided on the East Camden with the smokey marinated chicken, with a side of crab cakes. Everything was so good I was mad at myself for not ordering two different entrees on the menu. The desserts were awesome, full of flavor you will not be disappointed.
