Just wanted to share we had supper here on Friday 5/17/24. I hadn't been here in years. We all liked what we had. Food was great but service was not. There were only a few tables occupied & 2 young gals on the floor. We never were greated when the young gal took our order she seemed bothered & didnt even smile or say hello. One of us ran out of our drink so We had to literally go up to the counter to ask for a drink. Again she still seemed bothered. No talk or smile. This is something this place needs to work on. I don't recall the last time I wasn't greeted in a friendly matter. After Our food arrived(props to the cook). We never got checked on. It was down time at about 3 or so. First time eating here, met a couple who are regulars here and they said food is excellent, they were right also spoke to another customer leaving he to said food is Great . Sure was, passing through and saw this restraunt Glad we stopped by service was excellent and portion of food was very tasty , restroom very clean cozy restraunt I highly reccomend anyone to eat here alone or large group to come here , menu offer good selection and price is affordable/special menu for the day. Food is ok. I don't think beans are homemade. Corn tortillas are store bought. We ask them to "lightly toast" both flour and corn tortillas on griddle to make them taste a bit better. Coffee isn't bad. We had them place a few tables together for a group of 15 people , made it crowded and most uncomfortable. Probably due to the style of the building. It is somewhat of a "diner" look and feel. The wait staff are bi-lingual, so ordering was not a problem. They are polite and friendly. They will accommodate some variations to dishes when possible.
