This place needs to be shut down. Patsy's has been a neighborhood institution for over six decades. I come from a very customer service oriented background, we went in on a Wednesday night at about 8:25, (kitchen closed at 8) the bar tender and chef were talking at the bar. We asked if they had a menu and even tho they closed at 8 the chef asked what we wanted. Clocked back in and stayed to make us some of the best wings ever!
