Campo Cafe — Restaurant in Campo

For 2 weeks straight when my wife asked what I wanted for dinner I told her "sloppy joes". She don't like them so I kept teasing her. Which in turn made me want them more. I happened to stop here on my road trip and wouldn't you know it, sloppy Joe was the daily special!! The fact that it came with cake that day made my day. Cause truth be told it was my birthday and I wouldn't see any family that day. But the man upstairs knew what I wanted and needed and guided me right to the Campo Cafe. The food was delicious and the people where very friendly. I'll definitely stop...

Talk about your little country cafe? This is it. Family ran. Husband and wife team from what I could see. The lady who took our order also cooked it. The guests were just as friendly as they could be and had me in stitches before I left. So cute and the portions? Unbelievable. When you order a side of bacon just think of what you would give yourself at home. Ok? Not a whole lot on the menu but what is on the menu is awesome. Isn't this just great? We stopped in here on the way home because we knew there was easy parking from the day before. We did not know however that they were closing early due to kids ball game. They could have turned us away, but instead seated us and served a great burger and fries and the best cup of coffee we’ve ever had! (Definitely would love to know the secret there!) Yes, it was understandably a bit rushed, but the service was friendly and the place was clean and inviting. Would definitely stop here again and recommend anyone...
