Hello, my name is Dylan Madson . I’m writing this review today to complain about a manager, I believe his name is Brian. The first time I went to Milanos was to get my mom some pizza because she absolutely loves it, she loved every pizzeria we went to, we usually get pizza every Friday. I ran into this place and she wanted to give it a shot. I walked up to the counter to place my order and that’s when I met Brian. I told him what I wanted and he caught an attitude with me for no reason, he pretty much yelled at me telling me to speak up. I’ve also talked to some of the employees and I’ve heard some things they told me about Brian. A female worker told me that Brian was acting inappropriate towards her and it made her very uncomfortable, she even considered quitting because she reported it and nothing happened. And another incident happened with a teenage male worker, supposedly Brian got into his face trying to intimidate him because he didn’t show up to work the following day even though he wasn’t required to. He even verbally abuses his workers, He treats his employees and customers like they’re nothing. I’ve also talked to some of my friends and they also said that the same manager was rude and disrespectful towards them and they don’t plan on ever going back to Milanos again and neither do I. I think the food and atmosphere is great but Brian ruined my overall experience. I would love to speak to Shane Hunsinger personally, and get a petition started to get Brian either fired or moved to a different location. Milanos would be such a high tier pizzeria if they didn’t hire disrespectful, rude, and nasty...
Read moreI tried it because I heard it was under new ownership, the gentleman that I talked to said give us another chance to serve you, couldn’t tell me about his pasta’s so we decided to go look at menu. Walking in I seen the gentleman that has been there for some time now, and I asked him haven’t you been here in the past under the previous owners, yes I’ve been here for a little over a year was his answer. Asked about the Alfredo if it is still as runny as it used to be he said no. Then to tell me he was the delivery driver before and now he’s the manager. I asked for fresh brewed tea and I was told..no, we have them in bottles in the cooler. So I waited on food to be prepared and it was hotter in there than outside, I spoked to him and asked how do ya’ll stand it in here being so hot, his words were, been here for 2 years (after telling me earlier he’s been there for a little over a year) you deal with it, or you don’t. I’m not!! Not to mention that the place is nasty and has pizza boxes covering large holes in the ceiling. On top of getting food and leaving, nothing but a bowel of food in bag, ( meat lasagna) no fork, spoon, napkin, paper towel or anything. I’ve eaten raviolis out of a can that was better that this. It was scorched on the bottom of the foil bowel as well. You can change the ownership but with the same folks working it for the past couple years, it doesn’t change the place. New Owners at this place are the Flint owners, you don’t have to respond to my review, I’ve read all your others and it’s basically saying under new ownership, so don’t bother. I...
Read moreUpdate: mother of the bride went to the store to pay the Monday following the wedding and requested to speak to the manager in advance of paying. Manager was unavailable and phone call was requested. The manager never contacted her. Either way, responses to bad reviews are extremely unprofessional.
We used Milano’s for a wedding out at Anding Acres and were informed about the fabulous service they provide. That was not the case with our event. Initially upon calling, we were told that if we ran low, we could simply call and they would make another delivery in around 30 minutes since they were right down the road. They made the original delivery and when someone asked them if they were going to sit it out, our person was rudely informed that we didn’t pay for serving and they were told to drop it and leave. We did run out and began calling. The first few times of calling, we were put on hold and then it began going straight to some sort of voicemail. I finally called from a different number and explained who I was. “The response was, “uh uh” and that’s when I put the bride’s mom on the phone. They tried to put her on hold as well and she told them we had been placed on hold several times before and we could not wait anymore. We placed another order and were told it would arrive in 45 minutes. It did not. After an hour, I began calling but no one would pick up. It took 1 1/2 hours and the explanation was, “we’ve been busy”. The biggest issue is that they told us they could handle this timely and...
