Worst experience ever. I kept thinking if I should let this awful experience go or share it, but this may help others not feel how I felt. The cashier lady was rude and discriminatory. A friend of mine asked me to pick up his order because he was sick. I got the address and full name. When I asked for his order she asked for my ID and I didn't have his ID but had the full name, number and text message from him . But she said "how would I know it's you... And people may say someones name to take others order". I still can't understand how some random people would know the information of the person who ordered food. I felt worse when I saw just a few minutes later another person came for pickup and she didn't ask for his ID. This made me think that was just a judgmental behavior of her against me. I don't what made her to think I look like food thief.

I am a doctor and never had any experience like this. Even thinking about our conversation makes me sick. Would never go back to that place and will ask my friends and anyone I know not to go to this place who it's staff don't know how to treat...

Best China is still the best Chinese food you'll likely ever have in Michigan (or elsewhere, for that matter). Service is always phenomenal, and I deeply appreciate that the staff gives outstanding suggestions of new dishes for us to try. Tonight we had my favorite--green beans and potatoes. It's simple, yet so incredibly delicious. Salty with a hint of sweetness, and each potato is perfectly cooked and evenly coated in the deliciousness. I refer to this dish as Chinese crack because, for me, it's addictive. I crave this dish! We also ordered shredded pork with celery and dry tofu, which is served in a light broth-flavored sauce. I wasn't sure about this until I tasted it because I'm not a tofu fan, but this didn't taste like tofu. It's excellent with rice because it soaks up the scrumptious sauce. My husband wanted to order beef with cumin, which is his favorite here, but that will have to wait until next time, if we don't order something else we've never tried before. You just can't go wrong! If you're in a hurry, order carry out. Just make sure you check...

Service was terrible and food was sub par. The waitress seated us and removed the menus from the table before we even sat down and looked at them. We sat there for 5 minuets until someone else (I think the owner) had to give us the menus that were previously at the table to us and took our order. We ordered the fried dumpling and they were trash. The dumplings were only fried on one side and the other side was still translucent. Which it would be okay if it was done in a pan but these were obviously deep fried. They were all stuck together so you know that they just threw it in the oil and just left it there. The waitress sat at the table next to us and just watched tv. Not once did she check up on us or refilled our water. Even though I came 1 hour before closing, doesn’t mean we deserve lesser quantity then the rest. They have a sheet of paper underneath the tables stating “Top 10 takeout in America in the early 2000’s, I can see why they haven’t won anything recently. I do not recommend coming here and I shouldn’t even have tipped for...

Came in to place order because I couldn’t find the menu online. I attached it as pictures for people. The place is small, maybe 10 tables tops and it’s cramped. While I ordered at the counter, I was forced to hover over this gentleman eating at his table. It made me very uncomfortable. The hostess did say we could sit at a table while we waited but I felt bad taking a table since they were pretty busy. Staff was super nice, even though she did miss-ring up my order and had to charge more later. They don’t take Amex cards, only visa and Mastercard. Now the food, my kids and myself got the sweet and sour chicken, with fried rice and a spring roll. I really wanted to like it, but it wasn’t good. No flavor, no salt, bland and I had some questionable pieces of chicken. Unfortunately I won’t be back, as I have other places I like better, but the place seems very beloved as there were many patrons inside.
