Cherry Brook Pizza & Grocery — Restaurant in Canton

My first time trying Cherry Brook Pizza and it went horribly wrong. I placed an order at 6:12pm and it was supposed to be ready at 7:00pm I called at 7:30 to check on my order and was given a multitude of excuses without apologies and was told my pizzas would arrive within 10 or 15 minutes. My order arrived at 8:10 - 2 hours after I ordered it. A call or a text would have made a huge difference. I will say the young man who delivered was wonderful and respectful and started apologizing immediately. The pizzas were okay but not worth the experience.

UPDATE I was surprised to receive a call from the owner this afternoon to thank me for my review because that is how they learn what needs improvement. He went on to apologize for how my order was handled and offered replacement food so I could see what they could do. Not many places care today about "one customer" complaining let alone enough to make a personal call. UPDATE: Wow. Talk about customer service! The owner and his son went out of their way to rectify the issue we had within a week of seeing my review. Not only did they call and apologize, but gave us our favorite pizza for free. I’m so happy with how they handled this situation and have gained us back as customers for years to come. I have always raves about the food, and now I can rave about their excellent service! . .

Let me start my saying their Buffalo Chicken Pizza is our favorite pizza and has been for years. Our issue is the delivery service or lack there of. We live 5 miles away (11 minutes max.) The first thing I asked was would they deliver to our specific address, to which they said yes. 30 minutes later I receive a call that their driver “didn’t want to” deliver to us because they were busy. Clearly our pizza had been made and it came down to the laziness of the driver. If they had said no initially, we could have ordered from another pizza place and had a pleasant night.
