Girlfriend took me on a date here when we first got together, always loved this place since then. The outside may not be much to write home about but the interior has some of the nicest, richest atmosphere in the state!! Staff are friendly, playful even, and the food here will NOT disappoint- highly recommend getting a milkshake, something about the way they serve them makes them taste so good!! Very bad experience.The ice cream Maker went down.I had to wait 20 minutes for them to refund my money.Watching them clean out the machine with their bare fingers would not recommend

update to be clear it was not that busy- after i paid they announced "No soft ice cream" so she asked if i wanted anything else- i told her no and i couldn't wait as i was on break. 1st time here. We ordered well over $100 worth of food. Amazingly the entire order was accurate and tasted great. But we quickly felt like a nobody. This place suddenly got slammed for ice cream. We got packed in like sardines in this small ice cream shop. We never got offered any refills. We never got asked if everything was alright. Literally here is you food bye. Definitely room for improvement...
