OMG where do I begin. We notified the restaurant that we would have a party of 10-15. We got there, and were told that they only had one cook and it would be a wait. Okay no issue there. We ordered four orders of garlic cheese breadsā¦those took a good 30 minutes. We ordered our meals and that took an hour and a half from the time we sat down. When my auntās pizza came the waitress who was oh so happy to be there (eye roll), sat the pizza down behind my aunt and told her āYour pizzaās behind you.ā Because God forbid we serve food on the table. Then the food comes out served to the wrong people. No biggie. Only 10 of us showed. While we do appreciate large portion sizes, the chicken in the chicken Alfredo shouldnāt be swimming in two inches of Alfredo sauce. The sauce in the chicken parmigiana tasted like Spaghetti-Oās sauce. Sauce wasnāt thick at all. No typical bread just for each dish. Sub par Italian at best and service did not compensate for it. Only two other tables in use at the time.

#1 The number of tables being served is relevant as it shows how slow it was inside compared to service.
#2 Gratuities are suggestions based on the quality of service NOT the price of food. Why would we pay a minimum of 18% for poor service when we could tell from the beginning that she wasnāt pleased? We routinely leave $20-$30 tips on $30 meals at Perkins and the like so weāre very familiar with providing excellent ātips.ā
#3 Iām not sure what dishes ācalled for extra sauceā but none of us ordered extra sauce.
#4 The register not printing a receipt has zero to do with my review. It wasnāt even mentioned. But, your concern was the amount of tip your server didnāt get so I guess thatās why itās more important for you to mention that.
#5 Iām not sure who supposedly said the food and service was āamazing.ā It certainly wasnāt my wife, mother in law, sister in law, aunt, uncle, 2nd uncle, cousin, dad, or anyone else I heard.
I do hope you provide great service going forward. Small businesses are better than chains. Thatās why...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped here after being disappointed by the Napolis in downtown Canton one too many times.
THIS is the Napolis worth driving to the other side of Canton for.
I love me a good anti pasta salad and Napolis at the O'Jays location delivers.
I got the large anti pasta salad and was happy to see the monstrous portion size! Dressing was great, I got the house Italian. As an adult I'm finally burned out on pizza. I still tried a slice of their pepperoni pizza.
Omg. Best thin crust I ever had! How good is it? As a young child I stopped eating pizza crust, they always grossed me out and were bland. Napolis is the only pizza that I'll eat the crust on! š„³
Delicious thin crust. Bobbie was my waitress and she was awesome!
Napolis located on the O'Jays location is worth the drive. My dad already ate here ad had the ravioli and I got to try his...
