Stopped here after being disappointed by the Napolis in downtown Canton one too many times. THIS is the Napolis worth driving to the other side of Canton for. I love me a good anti pasta salad and Napolis at the O'Jays location delivers. I got the large anti pasta salad and was happy to see the monstrous portion size! Dressing was great, I got the house Italian. As an adult I'm finally burned out on pizza. I still tried a slice of their pepperoni pizza. Omg. Best thin crust I ever had! How good is it? As a young child I stopped eating pizza crust, they always grossed me out and were bland. Napolis is the only pizza that I'll eat the crust on! 🄳 Delicious thin crust. Bobbie was my waitress and she was awesome! Napolis located on the O'Jays location is worth the drive. My dad already ate here ad had the ravioli and I got to try his leftovers, the best!

I'm so excited to be writing this review! The business owner and staff has exceptional customer service. I work locally and partake in their "pizza by the slice" offerings. Call ahead, see what they have and be ready for a smile and great food. Last weekend I decided to host Pizza Night for the family, so I ordered a large with all sausage and peppers on half. I was a Pizza Rock Star! After the first bite, the family carried me around the living room chanting, "Pizza boy!". Seriously tho, it was a hit. The sauce was incredible, the toppings were perfectly laid and portioned with experience. The crust is soft and delicious. And it's great leftover, too! They aren't open Sundays, so I ordered at 4p on Saturday. Yum! :)

The original Napolis is amazing fast and friendly also I have read the one review from Katelyn barnby and I just want everyone to know that she is a minion/ family of the other location that is permanently closed !!! And she is just bashing this location only because they shut down permanently at that location ! Also there was a man taking orders all day today so she is clearly confused about life right now !!!!

OMG where do I begin. We notified the restaurant that we would have a party of 10-15. We got there, and were told that they only had one cook and it would be a wait. Okay no issue there. We ordered four orders of garlic cheese breads…those took a good 30 minutes. We ordered our meals and that took an hour and a half from the time we sat down. When my aunt’s pizza came the waitress who was oh so happy to be there (eye roll), sat the pizza down behind my aunt and told her ā€œYour pizza’s behind you.ā€ Because God forbid we serve food on the table. Then the food comes out served to the wrong people. No biggie. Only 10 of us showed. While we do appreciate large portion sizes, the chicken in the chicken Alfredo shouldn’t be swimming in two inches of Alfredo sauce. The sauce in the chicken parmigiana tasted like Spaghetti-O’s sauce. Sauce wasn’t thick at all. No typical bread just for each dish. Sub par Italian at best and service did not compensate for it. Only two other tables in use at the time.

edit to reply to Napoli’s reply

#1 The number of tables being served is relevant as it shows how slow it was inside compared to service.

#2 Gratuities are suggestions based on the quality of service NOT the price of food. Why would we pay a minimum of 18% for poor service when we could tell from the beginning that she wasn’t pleased? We routinely leave $20-$30 tips on $30 meals at Perkins and the like so we’re very familiar with providing excellent ā€˜tips.’

#3 I’m not sure what dishes ā€œcalled for extra sauceā€ but none of us ordered extra sauce.

#4 The register not printing a receipt has zero to do with my review. It wasn’t even mentioned. But, your concern was the amount of tip your server didn’t get so I guess that’s why it’s more important for you to mention that.

#5 I’m not sure who supposedly said the food and service was ā€œamazing.ā€ It certainly wasn’t my wife, mother in law, sister in law, aunt, uncle, 2nd uncle, cousin, dad, or anyone else I heard.

I do hope you provide great service going forward. Small businesses are better than chains. That’s why...

I called in an order I got told 30 minutes I got over there and plenty of time lady told me to be a couple minutes. About 15 minutes later she told me it's going to be another few minutes. Another 15 minutes go by I got told my food was almost ready. Over an hour goes by she says my food is almost done. I passed the hour I went up to see if my food was ready and she told me she was sorry that it was not ready I shared a couple things ready but then cook had to go to the store to buy stuff to prepare food. I told her just give me my money back I was tired of waiting I was taking food out I was not eating in with my family I was taking out four to feed my family. The girl apologized she gave me my food told me here to take the food that we have already done. Grandson and I got out to the car the food was cold. I had to go to another restaurant at 8:00 in the evening to buy dinner. So needless to say I was not happy with...
