Norcia Bakery — Restaurant in Canton

Dissappointed. I use to be able to come in and be acommadated, now it’s like they only want to sell and won’t go above and beyond to make customers happy. There was a lady there who would make me sub sandwiches according to my dietary restrictions and if they were out of sandwhiches when I came, she’d take the TWO minutes it takes to make one. That lady was GREAT! The last three* times I came and they were out of the subs I could eat. When I asked the staff if they could make another sub, It was an unapologetic “no”- each time. Most of the times I was the only customer there, so it’s not like there was other people to take care of. You’d think they’d be willing to do this small measure of exceptional service especially after I came in this third time....not so. This was a local gem to me as a kid but it has been going downhill latley in terms of customer service. You’d expect more from a small shop in...

I am from out of state, I stumbled upon this gem and am so happy. Is there anything they can't do well? I saw some reviews that commented on the staff but I just don't see how it's possible. Maybe those people sucked because everyone here was SO nice, informative and just down right fun.

I got a variety of things from brownie cheesecake, Danish, turnover, cinnamon bread, Italian bread, cinnamon roll and breakfast sandwiches. I'm am not exaggerating when I say that everything was absolutely delicious.

What a lovely little shop this is. And unlike some other places I've stopped at on my trip this place does not overcharge.

First time there. I was surprised by what all they had. Bought more than I planned. The hot pepperoni roll with banana peppers was good. Didn't care for the sausage and peppers sandwich. The lemon cookie was very good. I'll be back again. I can't find anywhere that actually puts walnuts in the brownies which is what I was hoping for but the walnuts are only on top in the icing like everywhere else. I got there about eleven and it seemed like a lot was gone already. So I'd say get there early. Like I said I'll definitely go back. All in all it was a good experience....
