Santafe Bar & Grille Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Canton

First time visiting this restaurant, went for a gathering with a few family members. Pros: Spacious and clean Cons: Seemed understaffed, undercooked meat.

Ordered the chicken sandwich with a side of santa Fe dip without the beef. Male manager taking the order advised to order a side of cheese dip instead because it was cheaper, which I did. Order came out in a timely manner although we had to wait on chips for the queso which took some time, due to large order and not many employees. Queso was fine. Unfortunately the chicken was undercooked, really undercooked. The middle of it was red! Proceeded to the front to pay and leave, notified manager food was not cooked properly and I would like it removed from the bill. He did remove the chicken meal from the bill but did not offer an apology or anything. Seemed more upset the undercooked meal had to be deducted. Then instead of charging for the simple queso he advised I order he instead charged for the more expensive Santa Fe dip. I paid with no dispute knowing I would never...

I found hair and my happy chicken and shrimp, so I decided to call to let the manager know, "he replied take a picture of it." I think this was a very inconsiderate response on his part. However, I replied, I will just bring it back, but the crazy thing about it is when he look at the hair in the food he replied, "it happens." I know thing like this happens but he could at least act like he care a little. The Santafe Bar & Grill need a better attitude with there customers services, period. Oh, I forgot. Don't go for lunch! Seating is at at snails pace! Menu us overwhelming! It's not your variety plate presentation you'll expect. Placement and garnish are elementary. However someone sought just slap it on is good enough.
