A's Pizza — Restaurant in Canyon Lake

UNEDUCATED AND DISRESPECTFULL PHONE PERSONAL I called to order a small pizza for delivery they charge $5 . Which is fine. But when I gave the lady on the phone my order she begin raise her voice stating that they can not deliver any pizza unless it's over $20. I try ask about $5 charge and she keep talking over me stating that those are the orders of the owner and if I didnt like them I can come later and talk to the owners later. So I tried to be the adult in the situation and told her ok I'll pick it up and ask her her name. She went off on another tantrum asking me if I had a problem.

I responded I dont know is there. ? Then i said I just want to pick up a pizza. . She went off again stating she has the right to refuse orders and I offended her when she was trying to tell me about the delivery.

She lost me by raising her voice since the beginning of the call

.What the heck is going on?? This person needs to be taken off the phones. No manners. No customer service skills. Very defensive and zero communication skills.

You would think answering the phone taking pizza orders was a no Brainer job but I guess this girl has a learning disability.

Instead of up selling me she verbally attacked me and then try to taunt me by asking me if I had a problem. I asked her what time will the pizza be ready, and what ever she wants to discuss . We can talk about it when I pick it up cuz im on my lunch break. And i was not going to contunie listening to her yell and not let me respond. So she hung up on me.

This was such a horrible experience, it makes me not want to order from them ever again. who treats customers like this. I am talking to the owner today and express to them that i didn't appreciate the hostility. I just can't believe they allow people to speak to customers this way. Do they sceeen thier employees? They need to start recording their phone calls.

Very good pizza I ordered mid afternoon on a Thursday I am house sitting for a friend and I don’t know the area so I looked up a place that wasn’t Pizza Hut or dominos and A’s popped up the service was very quick and to the point they took my order correctly told me an hour and with in 30 minutes a nice lady knocked on the door with my pizza fresh out of the oven I mean this thing was so hot I could barley take a bight but after a few minutes I was able to start eating and man was it delicious I got a medium deluxe pizza that was perfectly cooked the crust was crispy and the toppings were plentiful defiantly going to be ordering from these guys again. The prices were a little high in my opinion but let’s be real if all reviews were based on price every company would get 1 star all in all the service was great the food was good and I’m a happy...

First time going here tonight. I ordered a large Pizza with Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushrooms on half of the pizza. I ordered online and it was a little confusing with adding the toppings, however I figured it out and added the toppings and completed my order. When I got there to pick it up it was just a CHEESE pizza. The owners were very rude and told me it was my fault cause I didn't call them to check and didn't read my email receipt. Then while I was standing there while calling my family to see if just the cheese pizza was fine another person waiting asked the employee who was ringing her up to make sure her pizza had toppings on it cause last time she ordered online all she got was a CHEESE PIZZA!! Huh!! I told her that was what happened to me tonight. The owners could have cared less about the mistake. The pizza was decent but...
