Hardee’s — Restaurant in Cape Charles

Worst Hardee's i have ever been to and the dirtiest fast food place I have ever seen. The tables were all filthy, covered with grease. The bathroom was full of garbage, with overflowing trash cans and floors littered with garbage. I ordered a small hamburger and onion rings which took 20 minutes to come out as a cheese burger. The sweet tea was empty. I told them at the counter and she told another employee to change it and no one ever did. They were not even busy, as it was 3pm. Food was great, I will give you that. However, the service was less than exceptional. It took over 40 minutes to receive our order, which for a fast food establishment is appalling. The women's bathroom was falling apart. The sink faucet was busted to the point where you would turn the water on and the entire thing would almost come off. One of the toilets was loaded with fecal matter and urine. The floors in the restaurant were so sticky, every step taken resulted in getting stuck. This place all around sucks at running a business well. We went through the drive through and we're waiting a decent while. No hold on give me a second, no apologies. I said hello? And then he finally said hold on.. He went to take our order didn't listen to anything we said. This place seems like a complete disaster. Everything we tried to order was out. Terrible service.
