Little food truck set up next to the Royal Farms. Staying at the KOA, I was heading to Food Lion to grab some supplies and saw their lobster roll signs. So on the way back I stopped to grab one. Cute little set up with a couple of picnic tables out front. I got the Jenny's famous with warm butter. $22.25 with taxes. You get a good amount, but I wasn't overly impressed with mine. Nothing wrong with the Lobster, but it was pretty cold, which overall is not bad, but not with warm butter. The combo of cold lobster with just a little warm butter poured over the top didn't quite mash. Usually the lobster would be warmed some. Then my first bite I got a hugh piece of cartilage, which was a little off settling. Those things just made the experience pretty underwhelming for me. Coming from New England and have eaten a lot of lobster rolls it might just make me a little more picky.

Simply perfect... We went with the classics, both hot and cold lobster rolls, as a favorite pit stop on our road trip to OBX. Both rolls had ample amounts of super fresh lobster on a lightly toasted soft hot dog roll. Lots of free parking and several picnic tables with umbrellas for sun protection. We gassed up right next door at a large chain convenience/food mart and used restrooms there. Super easy to get and out of the parking lot whether headed north or south... Can't wait to stop again!!

The best lobster roll Ive had since my last visit to New England!! The serving size was more than generous and the taste was . . . yes, "authentic". The owner is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend stopping by Jenny's next time you are in the area. It's, also, a pleasant drive across the bridge/tunnel to visit Cape Charles and along the way enjoy the best lobster roll this side of New England. Enjoy!!

Honestly wasted my money here, lobster Mac and cheese hard to mess up make some Mac and cheese throw lobster on it. I asked her what the portion size was cause it was like $23 I wanted to be sure it was worth it and she held up a bowl and said I fill this up and then when I got it there was maybe a cup of Mac and cheese and like 4 tiny pieces of lobster, I could see the bottom of the bowl and it was 90% air. The Mac was very bland and the lobster was ice cold. I would’ve been much better off and enjoyed it a lot more if I had just grabbed basic Mac and cheese from Royal...

I had stopped here 3 ties before and the truck was closed, buy yesterday at 11am on a Friday it was open!

I ordered one lobster roll, never had one before... I didn't know if $20 was much, 22$ with tax... is has to be good.

Unfortunately, the roll was the winner here. It was soft, buttery and toasted to perfection. The lobster was plentiful but lacking in seasoning, or without the seasoning, lacked lobster flavor - again not having experience with lobster rolls Jenny was my first introduction and I'm not going to search...
