East of Chicago Pizza — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Still on our search for Chicago pizza in SW Florida. Sauce is on the sweet side. Crust on the Chicago style pizza was good. Not a butter crust like Lou’s but was good. Definitely not a deep dish like Lou’s but not bad. I read reviews that was like Lou’s. Sausage was limited not like a whole patty across the top. Cheese was like a normal pizza was not stuffed. More like a pan type. I liked the sauce. Sausage was good. Other pizza is like a pizza in the area. Was decently covered with sauce, cheese...

I have had their pizza up north and I loved it, I ordered from the new location on Santa Barbara online. I ordered around 4pm for a 5:45 pick-up time. And they claim it never came through(I'm sure they forgot). So they originally offered me a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase...I must have seemed disgusted by that offer because she doubled it to 20%...not sure if it's worth coming back to use my discount that was so generously given after I had to wait over 30 minutes after my order was supposed...

Order twice, first time they got my order wrong, so I ordered again and they got my order wrong again. Chalk it up to new employees so that stuff happens but the topping were pretty light the first time so I ordered and paid for extra toppings the second time and they were still limited.

Overall favor was bland. I was hoping for something a little more from a new pizza place in the Cape but just an average pizza. Garlic bread with cheese was not bad. I would rate this...
