Food was just okay. Service left much to be desired. We sat almost 10 minutes before being given menus or asked what we wanted to drink and there were only two other filled tables and two servers working. Server never checked back with us once our food was delivered to the table so no chance to ask for additional condiments or more napkins which we needed since both of our drinks were running down the sides of the cups when they were set down so we'd used our napkins to clean up the mess. Never offered drink refills.

My son called in a order to be picked up. I picked up and payed with my credit card. I was forced to leave a tip even though I did not dine in as there was no option to skip the tip or not leave one. Leaving a tip on carryout is debatable but not even having the option is absurd. I chose 8% then after getting home I realize they charged my credit card 19% for a tip (19% tip and we didn't even eat there. Good place for a long and easy going dinner with lots of conversation while waiting for food to arrive. Not a good place for food allergies. Most food is pre-packaged before preparation; so ingredients substitution is not very flexible. This place also has smoking and non smoking seating. Most of the tables that were a covid distance apart were dirty, but they were kind enough to wash the one we wanted promptly. The waitress was nice. The burgers were exceptionally good. The rest...
