The best green chile cheeseburger in the state of New Mexico. The bun was perfectly toasted, covered in diced onions, a healthy stealthy hot green chile blend, melt cheese and a decent sized patty. They off the San option in the “flip” a burger in a grilled tortilla, with beans, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The soft tacos were corn, lightly grilled with butter & filled with a copious blend of lettuce, cheese, & ground beef, served with chili con queso, for dipping of course. If you are a vegetarian, no problemo, they make everything to order, and use fantastic produce. This restaurant is worth the drive to Carlsbad New Mexico, from anywhere! I ate there...

I'd never eaten here before, but my mom was in the mood for a burger (I'm ALWAYS in the mood for a burger). The menu was easy to read and understand. I can't believe they have Tostadas as a side! 👀 We ordered our food and drinks, one of them being the sampler, which comes w/ onion rings, fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and mozz sticks, and jalapeño poppers. The friendly gentleman who took our order came out to the car to tell us they were out of onion rings, but would sub w/whatever else we wanted. I opted for more mushrooms. 😋 The drinks are perfectly mixed, everything came exactly as ordered, and the food was delicious. Will DEFINITELY be coming...

Literally just ordered there called at 1:13 orderd a taco basket and chicken strip basket they said give them 30 minutes? Kinda long wait for just tacos n chicken strips. Over 15 bucks plus the onion rings they give in the basket were very hard and tasteless also my tacos shells STALE!! You can tell the shells weren’t fresh at all I can see the grease stain on the bottom of my taco shell plus is so rubbery ugh and I was sooo hungry and eger to eat the again now I’m thinking I should have got tacos from la tienda instead it will be awhile...
