Great service & wide buffet selection. Call to confirm seasonal times. However, Buffet ends at 3pm & you can order from their menu after till 8pm I believe. Great scenery. Late Fall & Winter u can easily see the Ohio River, Majestic Cliffs & Rolling Hills to Mtn. ❄️🎄Just before Thanksgiving & up through New Years don't forget to drop into the main office where the check ins are for the adjacent rooms, near by Cabins. They have it decorated very nicely. Large Cathedral setting with expansive floor to ceiling windows, piano, multiple decirated trees from local business & organizations. Butler Park also has a golf range, GREAT RV Spots, fishing, small mini golf, picnic areas, Hiking trails some even up the hill to the left of The Two Rivers Restaurant & Conference Ctr. 12/2024 they were still deep into redesigning the basement Restaurant in the Main Lodge. The views & seating area bump this from a 3 star dinner buffet to a 4 star over all experience. The Friday catfish was very good. Good selection on the salad bar. We didn't try the soups or desserts but they had them. The price was decent for a buffet. The servers are happy & assertive. Sunday breakfast buffet was only okay. Food was cold, not even luke warm. No bowls were out for the oatmeal or grits. It would be nice if there were small cups for the maple syrup to dunk the French toast sticks in. The scrambled eggs were obviously not homemade. Had the food been warm, maybe we would recommend this $9 quick breakfast. Had we known they were open until 2, switching over to lunch, we would have waited. This was our first time here but it was temporarily moved to the conference center which is very nice itself. It's a very nice drive through the park scenery on the way too! The restaurant was very clean and professionally staffed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was great! I love home style cooking and man-o-man this is going to be a favorite of mine. The salad bar is amazing with extras like beets, cottage cheese, potato salad, coleslaw and more! They had the fried chicken and BBQ pork when we attended.
