The store manager started to take our order after waiting a while in line. We were there with limited time since we were busy. So we ordered two number 18 meals which is the "All Star Box"(I think that's how it's called) so he took our order and charged us without handing out our receipt and we sat down because we had the intention of eating there quickly at the restaurant. So 5 minutes passed then 10 minutes passed while he was absolutely not doing anything but standing there getting in the way of the other hard working employees. Our time was clicking so I went to the counter to ask where was our food since at that point 3 customers that came in after us were already served their order. And turns out he had cleared it as already served without actually serving our order. Mind you this is the top dog, the store manager making a rookie mistake. So FINALLY our food is served and when it arrived it was completely wrong. So we had to to tell them that wasn't what we ordered. So there you go, another new employee mistake that in no way should happen to the "top dog" what is so complicated about "2 number 18"? At that point we had ran out of time and had to change our order "to go" since it took so long..after about 25 minutes we finally got our correct order that we should have had way earlier. But nope.
