Just save yourself some time and go to one of the other places off West Ave or if you're feeling Taco Bell, go to the East Main Street or Lake Point location. This location is too hit or miss. The first time I went there, I waited an hour for my food. I let it pass because they were brand new at the time, along with the manager let me get my order redone due to the fact when I got home the food was absolute poor quality, tacos were smashed up, Mexican pizza was not even in a circle shape because they clearly threw it together in 30 seconds for me when I got upset about it taking so long to get my food. The 2nd time I went there went ok, the drive thru was slammed, but they were at least getting people through and the food wasn't thrown all together that time, and the third and final time I visited this location I wanted their breakfast because Taco Bell breakfast is actually pretty good, but nobody answered the intercom, if you open your restaurant at 7am but your employees are unable to serve the public at 7:30, do yourself a favor and just don't serve breakfast. After 3 times at this location, 2 bad experiences, 1 decent experience, and 1 experience that was good only because the store manager wanted to make it up with remaking the order, this place is too hit or miss for me,...
Read moreI went so I could satisfy a craving I was having and had been having. I had a moment so I swung by and got the $7 box. It came with a drink and 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 chicken chalupa supreme, 1 beef crunchy taco and 1 chips and cheese. I did dine in (despite several messy tables and all, but was a bit busy and that is up to the patrons to do their duty...apparently too many lazy people (were many younger kids there when I arrived)) and they had no sweet tea out there to drink, only the fountain. That was the 2nd thing that disappointed me...the first and primary thing was the requirement of ordering your food with the pad versus a person taking your order....even if you pay cash. I hate those things and have walked out of other Taco Bells because of it. They always direct you to it as well versus taking your order. The little guy that I paid my cash to had gloves on....took my cash put it in the register, gave me my change and then went back to making food...with the same gloves. I get my food and the overall flavor was spot on. The chicken chalupa though...the chalupa was too bready. The rest of the food was fresh tasting (as fresh as Taco Bell can be). Good temperature, texture, and flavor. They do not offer a...
Read moreCold Food! The are pre-building, refrigerating and microwaving later! And cannot even get that right! Horrible! Also, I come to a business to make a purchase and that is not enough, they hit me up with a "Can we round off the cost to the next dollar for charity?" I would love to see an audit on those books. There is more. I am asked if I want sauce. I requested a variety. I got 3 packs of the same thing. Without shame or conscious, bold in your face ripping you off with slop. A month ago I was a passenger with a friend who had to get something, I declined. He ordered some soft wrapped cheesy with meat he had to spit out. It was microwaved so hard the meat curled, could not be bitten off, and sprung out of the thing like a coiled rubber spring. You could not tell what kind of meat it was. Some kind of processed extruded substance square in shape like a french fry. Gross! I rarely eat fast food, maybe twice a year. Less now. Prices and quality, and nothing from a fast food outfit has anything beneficial for your health. There is no competition for being the best between the fast food industry...
