You better learn how to respect your customers. I’m only reviewing because my genuine hearted mother refuses to. DON’T advertise a cake ON YOUR SITE if you can’t even come close to remaking it and DON’T use “it’s all we had in the back” as an excuse. Most of all, DON’T accuse someone of not wanting to pay AFTER they call you to tell you that they aren’t going to make a big deal, leave a bad review, or give negative feedback but just wanted you to know that it was a bit of a disappointment considering it was for a very special event.

Customer for life! Everything about Ally's is wonderful - she is excellent at what she does and is always adding new items to the repertoire. Customer service is good - she is communicative and always delivers. The cake photographed is exactly what I imagined and she was somehow able to create it despite my less than adequate description. Prices are also extremely reasonable! The cupcakes and cakes are really to die for - the frosting isn't too heavy but has plenty of substance and just dissolves perfectly, and the cake is always moist but fluffy in the best. I really can't say enough...

Mad at myself for taking so long to get up here. What a treat! My iced latte was incredible, all of the sweet treats on display were absolutely gorgeous. My husband got a cinnamon roll and, wow... Quite possibly the best ever! Grabbed an assortment of cupcakes to share with my family and each one is beautifully put together. The store has a great atmosphere and you can tell a lot of love and hardwork goes into everything they're putting out. Can't wait to come back and try the brunch menu next time!
