Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Carthage

I have been using the sonic app lately and I absolutely love it ! It’s so easy and quick to use ! I have ordered at home dropped one kid off for school ran by and picked up my order which was always ready on time if not earlier and didn’t have to wait, so it made it even easier to drop my other kids off at another school and not even be late !! For myself I usually get the Iced French vanilla coffee and added Caramel to it and let me just say 9/10 times Tabitha prepared and brought me my order and she did a phenomenal job on making my iced coffee!! I typically hate actual coffee taste so the fact that she made it taste delicious just the way I would of made it at home is the best!! I also enjoy that the full menu is all day because sometimes I’m just in the mood for some cheese sticks at 7:30 A.M. and the fact that I can do that is awesome ! I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches no lettuce. It says no lettuce on my receipt. My kids wont eat lettuce. We get the sandwiches and they all have lettuce. I let them know before I leave. They take my old. But usually they throw away in outside trash they didnt this time. They returned with replacement order and I give to my kids and they always inspect before they eat and they show me little peices of lettuce on the sandwiches and the chicken is cold. Meanwhile im leaving because I have errands to run in another county and cant stay so I call as I'm leaving. I ask for the manager they responded with "Diane" will be there Thursday on 8/10. They explained that it was fresh and shouldnt have lettuce or be warm/cold. I asked if they could take my name and number and have owners call me. They did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I’m convinced the only reason they still get business is because of convenience of location. I ordered honey bbq boneless wings and tots, tots were fine other than the fact they tasted like they had been fried and refried. My main issue though is w the boneless bbq wings, these are definitely not as advertised- I was under the impression they were supposed to be covered in sauce.
