Read moreCame in intending to get a meatball sub. I do not eat pork so I asked if the meatballs were all beef. The attendant (Chris) said "I have no idea." I replied "is there a way you can find out?" He said, "I can go read the box." I said, "ok" and waited for him to do it. He returned and said "the box does not say." I said, "I guess we should make my sandwich a veggie" and that's what I got. It took me all of 8 seconds to look up the ingredients of the meatball sub from subway, as a matter of fact subway publishes their kosher items on line very prominently. She was disinterested and gave me no apologies or anything. I cannot stand companies that do not teach passion for their products or require proper services such as knowing the ingredients of their products. I would give this subway (at least Chris and the manager) zero...

I'm not sure if they should be ashamed for charging that or if I should be embarrassed for accepting that price. The one saving grace was the cookies. The cookies were delicious. Maybe they should just make cookies going forward, because I won't be going back for an expensive joke...
