Slice of Heaven - Shiloh, OH — Restaurant in Cass Township

I had heard about this pizza place in Shiloh, Ohio called Slice Heaven from a co-worker. I was told they had very good pizza and great subs. My wife and I went over last Wednesday to check it out and ordered a couple of 12” subs. My wife got a Philly steak sub and I got a BLT sub. This was the best sub I have ever eaten. It was perfectly baked and not overdone or burnt to a crisp. We went back over again tonight for the second time and were not disappointed at all. My wife ordered a small pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and extra sauce along with a chicken bacon ranch sub and I a small pepperoni and bacon pizza with extra sauce along with another BLT sub to go. The pizza was very good and was our first time eating it and the toppings on the subs and pizzas are really plentiful and they do not skimp on them like most places do. The owner Amanda is very friendly and kind and is very glad to answer any questions that you may have and the staff is very friendly also. Slice of heaven, is a new start up pizza and sub restaurant, with small dining area. Their pizza taste good but..... They are off to a rocky start. For our first visit. We ordered a specialty pizza. It took 35 minutes after ordering for it to arrive. The server brought it out on a corrugated paper Pizza liner from a pizza box. When she went to place the pizza on the table two slices fell off with a bunch of toppings. Then she scooped up the toppings and the two pizza slices with their bare hands and just placed it back on the paper. THAT IS SO WRONG. Next time try using pizza box if you don't have a tray or pan. Their pizza is a great option over the chain stores around the area. The sides and appetizers are good, too. We got two pizzas (1 cheese and 1 extra cheese pepperoni), chicken tenders, fried pickles spears, Italian sub, and fried nutter butters (which were reminiscent to fair food at the Texas State Fair).
