Sunshine Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Cassville

Went through their drive thru and ordered a small coffee and 2 burritos. They told me it would take about 5 minutes, which is 100% okay. However, a different lady came to the window to inform me that there was a customer behind me that had an online order and to go back around so that she can serve them. I did, pulled back to the window and was immediately given my order by a different girl. I asked her if the drive thru was only for online orders to which she stated yes. She even pointed out a sign that said call in and online order pickup, something to that effect. On google, and a couple of reviews it states that they have a drive thru, never is it explicitly stated that the drive thru is 100% Only for pickup orders. I interpreted the reviews i read and the sign that it's an option to pick up your online order or call in through their drive thru. The tone of the 2 women who had me drive around and the one who handed me my food was unacceptable, I made a mistake and interpreted the reviews and signage incorrectly. Overall they could have been nicer when correcting me, but i also understand that if this happens often to them why they were annoyed. Maybe update your signage with the word only as well as your...

Some of the stuff is good. They have a breakfast burrito that is amazing. The smoothies are awesome as well. The coffee looked and sounded good but it was way to stout for my taste, but I have heard other people say they love it. The employees seem nice enough, but I still think they could be a lot more welcoming and try to make customers feel a little less uncomfortable when they are there. The few times I've gone inside ( literally only 2 or 3 times and this is why) it just seemed very uncomfortable. I felt very out of place ,and none of the employees even spoke to me once I gave my order. Just think they could be a bit friendlier, and a lot more welcoming no matter who it is that comes through the door. Everyone that orders something is a paying customer and people won't be very apt to return if they are not treated well. Other than that...

Sunshine is the perfect name for this coffee place in Cassville. Quaint and charming, it offers a great variety of delicious coffee. The service is excellent, with a friendly atmosphere and nice accommodations. The owner, Tara, is very personable to all the patrons. Jenny at the drive-thru was quick, friendly, and provided excellent service. The place is clean and comfortable, making it a great spot to do Wi-Fi work with outlets at every table.
