Castle Rock & Roll Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Castle Rock Township

This was our first time here.. we sat down at a table. We waited 25 minutes to get a menu. We ordered a wine and a diet Pepsi. The Gass of wine had lip stick stains on it. Gross. We ordered a large pizza and boneless wings. We waited 50 minutes and got our boneless chicken wings. When they arrived they looked like small round pellets, totalling around 6 pieces. We took a bite and they were cold and rubbery. Waitress said your pizza will be out soon.. We decided that it was time to just go as the food and service was abhorrent. We went up to the bar to pay for our drinks. The waitress who delivered the boneless wings told us that they gave our pizza to another customer and that our pizza is in the oven. Why didn't the waitress tell us that when she dropped of our boneless chicken wings? So we waited over an hour. We were never offered a refill of our beverages and waitress could clearly see they were empty... Stay away from this place... I don't know how they stay open. The waitresses have no clue. We paid 10.00 for our beverages. We felt they should have not charged us for our beverages since they weren't honest about their mistake. We weren't even welcomed. They didn't even say sorry. I went here for the first time on Saturday December 4th with friends and our kids for lunch. The bar had a handful of people and the bartender/server was on her own for the front of the house, she let us go in to the side dining area letting us know it might take her a little longer. I told her, we're low maintenance.

I wish I remember her name because the bartender/server was truly friendly and amazing. My daughter is 8 and especially polite and kept telling the server 'please' and 'thank you' whenever she brought us pop and food. The server called my daughter 'sweet girl' and thanked her for her manners multiple times.

The food was good, I had a chicken tender melt and tots, the kids had Mini corn dogs. The portions were big for the price and everything was served quickly. The menu is mainly 'bar food' however I expected that going there, and the star server that helped us was truly the best.

I might suggest they change their fryer oil a little more frequently after tasting the tots, but nothing to be...

Live close by. Hadn't been there for awhile. Had a couple people at our shop working on equipment. Went over to pick up a couple burgers to go for lunch. Ordered 2 cheeseburger baskets, 1 chicken sandwich basket & 2 plain cheeseburgers (no sides). Was charged $57!! Paid it but went back next day to question. Was told burger is same price even if you dont want the offered sides of fries, tater tots or chips! I stated there are lots of people with diet restrictions who dont want potatoes. She said there's no exceptions and to talk to the owner! I didn't bother and just wont go there again! They need to get a more affordable lunch menu and offer sandwiches at a reasonable price with no sides. The house employee said their burger prices are the same as other bars (Dawn's Bar in Dundas). I said that's fine for a basket but not just a plain burger. And I know at Dawn's they will make exceptions for their customers! Long story short......dont piss of the locals, word...
