Dunkin' — Restaurant in Castleton

It is April 10th 2020 for 6 PM. I went through the drive through at the Castleton. Vermont site and the young man working the drive through is a breath of fresh air. I have not received that sort of customer service in quite some time. It is refreshing to have a young person who doesn't act like they are above working at Dunkin' Donuts, and then to be pleasant upon that gives me faith in the younger generations. That boy was very friendly and upbeat. He deserves a raise or employee of the month. Something. he should be training other staff on quality Customer Care Because he definitely has the knack. Nothing like getting a stale bagel and a SMALL hot coffee with 3 shots of hazelnut and 3 sugars to wake you up. When you ask for sugar I don't think ppl would mean 3 of them. Another coffee from Dunkin dumped down the drain. I've lost count on how many times I've had to do this. You'd think they'd be able to make a coffee. It's the only Dunkin by me and I guess I need to just give up on Dunkin once and for all. Last time I tried to get something a few wks ago, I walked in and stood there for 8 minutes while not one employee even acknowledged me and I was the only one waiting. I stop at this location twice a week on my way to work I order the same coffee along with the bacon avocado toast which for some reason always comes out untoasted and most the time without bacon.. I am not normally a person to complain to a business but when I spend this kind of money and they are consistently getting my order incorrect I decided I would finally mention it and when I did they said oh it's our toaster... Yet they have not replaced it 🤷‍♀️ however on a side note the location on Woodstock avenue which has been severely short-staffed due to covid is killing it! My order is always correct and tastes great...
