If I could give zero I would. I just left after an employee screamed at me. I asked for a chicken pizzaola sandwich everything was fine she started making it. She started pouring Marinera sauce a smidge and said I can’t give you a lot of sauce because I need to save it for the meatball sandwich. I said ohh she then said it was a courtesy to give me sauce. I said oh well then I don’t want it. She said are you serious ?!? And started raising her voice as I was walking out of the restaurant. The other employees asked what happened and she kept screaming that I was a waste a food. I was with my toddler and didn’t want to cause a scene. I turned and said ma’am it’s not my fault you don’t have sauce. She kept yelling to leave and have a good day. How am I gonna purchase a meal I don’t want? Horrible employees! When we walked into the store, there were 2 employees behind the counter messing with the register that completely ignored us the entire time we were there. We were the only customers in the restaurant when we arrived and left. After about 3 to 4 minutes of being ignored, a third employee walks out from the back and she also acted as if we weren't there. She slowly wiped off the counter, then slowly put on plastic gloves. Then, she just stood there and didn't say a word to us. My son finally tellers her his sandwich order. Many times, they are out of key ingredients and the veggies are brown or mushy. Last time I went, the employee was about to spread the brown smashed avocado that they were scraping from the container on my sandwich before I stopped them and asked if there was any fresh avocado. “No.” I asked for the “ghost pepper” bread and they went through several loaves looking carefully at them and pinching them before they threw one away. Several times, I’ve waited in line for ten-plus minutes before being told they were out of pizzas. I once asked for a nacho crunch sandwich and said just make it with what comes with it how it’s listed on the sign.
