Subway — Restaurant in Cecil Township

There are multiple reasons why I am only giving them a 1 star review. Let me start off by saying the owners are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. Every time I order online or over the phone my order is always wrong. If you are not physically standing in front of them pointing at what you want, it’s not going to be right. On top of that, when you do have an issue and you try to address it with them, they hang up on you. I called and was put on hold with no warning and then was hung up on. I call back and they did the same exact thing. After calling 3 times I finally spoke to the owner who was so incredibly unprofessional. I ended up going down there because he hung up on me when I was trying to explain what happened. When I was standing there as my sandwich’s were being remade, he put lettuce on one that didn’t get it in the first place so he scooped it off of the sandwich and put it back into the container instead of throwing it away. This Cecil location DOES NOT accept Subway coupons as of July 2022. Went there a few days ago in mid July and totally refused Subway coupons. To add to this refusal, was charged over $11.50 for a standard 12" sandwich. Each franchise can charge any price they can get away with. Done with Subway here, no longer an economical lunch/dinner. Throw your coupons...

Very rude, won't accept coupons, when I told him I used coupons here before, he told me he never seen me before. I've gone to this subway since it opened in oct. 2014.BUT, never again , I'll drive to another subway in Canonsburg , or eat a sandwich from a gas station. Remember ,My hard earned money spends...
