The Big Chill — Restaurant in Cedar Bluff

We have stopped here mulitiply times while leaving the lake and have always had wonderful service but today was not that!! The boy!! (i would say man but the way he treated a women and acted in front of children today definitely showed other wise) was very rude and had a attitude before anyone even walked up to order. Then the way he thought it was okay to talk to customers was absolutely ridiculous considering he made no sense at all as to what he was he was saying himself ! I was standing behind them waiting to order and didnt understand what he was even talking about !! But then his comment "you dont even understand what im saying but i guess its okay" was so rude they decided to leave which the way they were treated made me decide to leave also and take my kids elsewhere! Then as everyone was leaving he decided it was very needed to be yelling and cussing out of the window to whom im assuming was the owner or manager about how "she was repeating herself multiply times" and not once did she try to figure out what was going on or anything just told him to stop.

All in all NOT a way to act in a business much less in front of children at a snow cone place !! Definitely wont be returning after today because that was completely...
