Edit: He called me, and he apologies about what she told me. He agreed with me so she could get my order outside. These days are crazy and I can totally understand why and what happened. I changed my stars from 1 to 5 for at least he called me and apologies, as we expect!

Original Review: We just tried to order online to pick it up, but we couldn't because of the technical issue. So I wanted to ask about that situation, I covered my face with my t-shirt then got inside. She told me "I need to wear a filtered regular mask" which I can totally understand, this is a rule.

However she was talking with her friends who were not wearing a mask that time, and a bunch of people everywhere in the shop who were not wearing a mask as well. I kindly said that I covered my face with my t-shirt which is better than nothing and their situation. She told me that They are eating and I need a filtered mask!

Are you guys asking if masks are filtered or not all the customers? Some of them are wearing fabric masks which does not make any sense, some of them using paper masks. Nobody cares.

She could be smart and ask me to go outside and she could get my order while I was outside. She didn't even try to be polite or problem solver.

Extremely Disappointed – Treated Unfairly

We drove from Austin with our toddler and newborn, looking forward to a special family outing. What we experienced instead was unfair treatment that left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

Other customers who weren’t in the correct line were allowed through without issue. We followed the same path, especially since the main entry was blocked by someone taking photos. But unlike those ahead of us, we were stopped and spoken to rudely- despite doing the exact same thing.

There was a clear double standard, and it was upsetting. We left without buying anything because no family should be treated like they don’t belong.

We won’t be returning and will not recommend this place to our friends or community. Experiences like this shouldn’t be ignore

The blackberry + chocolate chip shake was so good! It may be better in ice cream form though because the chips sank and kept getting stuck in the straw 😅

There's a sign on the door that says dine-in is not allowed for unaccompanied minors. I thought that sounded odd at first. Then, as we were sitting, enjoying our treats, two teenage boys were goofing off, lounging in and moving around the furniture, and being obnoxious in general (no adult with them). One boy asked another minor who came in with his family and was black if he could touch his hair. 🤔 He looked very taken aback and annoyed by the request. If I was that family, I would've been very put off by that. If this is really a rule, it's not being enforced. The owner may want to consider having an adult present to enforce it because I'm sure the teenagers working there don't want to enforce it either on...
