This is by far the worst location. I honestly am not sure how they are still open. On countless occasions we have experienced the worst food and service. I know why do we keep coming back, honestly i wish i knew, but i can definitely say I will never go to this location ever again.
During our visit on 11/15/23 we ordered 2 Sonic Blast 1 was Oreo Brownie and 1 was a Turtle favor. The cup was filled with vanilla ice cream and a few pieces of toppings. On top of that when we tried to order a small the lady on the other end of the microphone just ignored us ( no biggie there, its just extremely rude) so we received 2 large cups of ice cream!! I had just had enough and felt like i had dealt with this one to many times ( previous bad experiences at this location) so i called the restaurant to see who the district manager was so i can inform them of this and other situations, ( reading previous reviews i am not the only one with issues at this location) a young man named Brian said he was the manager and Edgar was the district manager, after some back and forth he said he was the one making drinks. It blew my mind that the manager would find this to be acceptable. In all honesty they were not even busy. After confirming with Brian that he was the manager and Edgar was the district manager he informed me he was actually the regional manager!!!! Brian the regional manager!!! Oh my goodness how desperate is the fast food industry. Needless to say this location sucks and i personally feel like they all should be fired and a new staff be rehired. I will followed through with a formal complaint tomorrow. It really boils down to customer service and the lack of it.    Read moreThe recent good reviews with no actual verbiage must be either fakes or posted by customers without tastebuds. I'll never go to this or any Sonic again after tonight's experience. My boyfriend and I pulled into a stall, rolled down our windows, and were immediately greeted by a half-dozen flies; flies were a constant annoyance the entire time; it was pretty nasty. We placed our order without issue or significant wait, but the bag was missing an entire meal. Okay fine, mistakes happen, no big deal. The employee delivering our food had walked away by the time we discovered this, so we pressed the red order button to report the missing items and waited -- for ten minutes, at which point the ordering screen reset, without anyone ever acknowledging us. By this point we're aggravated. We get in the drive-thru line and wait another ten minutes until we can speak to a human. When we explain what happened, the Sonic employee SERIOUSLY asked if we'd "checked the bag." Really?! We roll up to the window and they finally give us our missing meal with the most perfunctory apology, and by forty minutes in we're eating $40 worth of Sonic "food," about which the best I can say is you probably won't be hungry anymore after eating it. We went through the drive-thru, and during our visit, my granddaughter said she needed to use the restroom. When we asked, the manager told us they don't have public restroomsâdespite the fact that before the pandemic, they did allow customers to use them.
I also asked if we could get a small cup of water for my granddaughter, and they said theyâd have to charge us for it. Iâve never been to another fast-food place that charges for a small glass of waterâit was just one more example of poor service.
When I pointed out that other nearby Sonic locations (like the ones on East Hampden and East Iliff) allow restroom access, the manager told me, âWell, why donât you go there then?ââcompletely rude and unprofessional.
Looking at the Google reviews, I see weâre not alone. This location has many 1-star reviews, and itâs easy to see why. Ever since COVID, theyâve used it as an excuse to deny basic customer serviceâand clearly, nothing has changed. We gave them another chance today and regret it.
