I want to give praise to a woman that I regret not catching her name. She was working at the Aurora Subway August 1st 2024 at night. I do remember she had a red and black checkered bandana on. I don't know if she was a manager or what but she was hands down a beautiful soul. I went there with my husband and our youngest son and she was just amazing. She didn't make our food but she was so kind. My youngest son is six and he is autistic among other disabilities. He doesn't have many boundaries but he is non verbal and he doesn't like too many people. He definitely can't stand to be touched but somehow she was conversing with him and he was laughing and smiling and he even gave her a high five. This absolutely shocked both myself and my husband that he actually gave her a high five because she had no way of knowing he don't like to be touched. By the time we left he was so happy and it warmed our hearts so much. We have been many places were people are rude and not very kind to those with disabilities but she showed us that there are still really good people in this world. There were also two other young ladies there that took the time to make sure our order was perfect. I want to thank those other two ladies as well because they went above and beyond to take care of us. All in all we had a really good experience here and we will definitely be back. I wish there were more people in the world like them. It goes to show they may be hard to find but they are out there. Whoever manages this subway should be proud to have such a great crew. I just had to share this. Kudos and props to all of you tonight. Keep up that good hard work and thank you all so much...

The white paper was in 2 parts of my sub yardley mo meat.mt husbands sub was terrible his bread was SUPER HARD veggies all in one spot no cheese when our receipt clearly stated cheese.and his bread was ripped in 2 places.it was horrible.went back they're discussing things in front of guest they shouldn't. We told him we had to drive far to come back he didn't even offer a drink for inconvenience ... when u walk in to go order he says What's up and this isn't with a smile or anything ... but my sub I couldn't believe how soaking wet it was and the fact they wanted me to eat paper on top of it... the 2nd time I didn't catch it but there's little parts of lettuce on my sub and clearly no lettuce on my receipt and he picked it off i can see in my video that he tried picking it off real quick but left some on it and I dislike lettuce on bread.He kept my receipt but i took a picture of it and the food and sending to corporate.my advice don't order online.go there watch,pay attention to your food being made..not to mention the area where food is made was a huge mess..hairy face hair long no hair nets..I won't be returning.no care at all from any of them that we had to come back and still couldn't get it right. Lobby tables were dirty.floor and drink area as well. this was Saturday...
Read moreI was placing an order online but they didn't have pizza on the menue but they sell it so I called Aurora IN location to ask if they sold pizza or not and the guy said they did but I would have to pay for it when picked up. He could not add it to my order online so I could pay for it with my card so i said okay thank you and we hung up. Well when My son got there to pick up the online order the man working said u have to pay for this pizza . My son told him he dont have cash whole reason for the online order and that there was no pizza ordered the guy got an attitude with my son and slammed the pizza down on counter.
