Love Tastee Top Grill. The food is good. They have their share of mistakes, accidents happen, things get goofed up. Oh well life goes on, Theres no reason for being angry, or over reacacting, I actually laughed; one of the items I ordered was a strawberry slushie. I got home with my sons slush, it had bit of pinkish/redish color for strawberry but had absolutely no flavor. It was sweet slush water. Lol. I called talked to management, she was so kind, and had no problem fixing the issue by replacing the slush. ... We normally do not like to complain because we understand how hard fast food can be at times but my son wasnt feeling well (head cold)and was hoping the strawberry slushie would help him feel better. if you are a person who has ever worked a fast food place in your life you understand, ive been there, done that. It can be hair pulling crazy. Things happen like running out of strawberry flav. For the slushie. But i totall appreciate that they corrected it by allowing me to come back for another one. Be patient be kind, the workers could be your son, daughter, wife, husband, grandmother, grandfather, any family member, a friend. Just out and out someone you love and care about. Stop,Think, Would you want to be treated the way you may treat someone? They may be having a bad day? They may be new at their job? Just STOP, TAKE A BREATH, Think Thank Goodness im not having to cook, thank all the Fast Foot restaurant staff, They defenetly deserve it and arent thought of enough.!!!! Here comes the holidays ... the no time to cook grab fast food. . Be Thankful they cooked you what you ordered. Even if its not up to your " " so called standards. As a self-diagnosed lactose intolerant individual, I have never been able to eat ice-cream without the fear of a destructive bowel movement. That all changed when I went to Tastee Top for the first time.

I am not exaggerating when I say I came out a new person, with an entirely new mindset on life. Not only was the ice-cream incredible, but I got fantastic service from a worker named Abbie, who guided me through the menu like a professional and recommended the best things for me to get. I chose the chocolate ice-cream, and while my first few tastes were ridden with anxiety and fear over the damage I was about to do to my plumbing, I pressed on and it was the greatest decision I've ever made.

Not only did this ice-cream semi-cure my lactose intolerance, it made me fluent in 11 different languages, taught me how to play the violin, trombone, tube, and the triangle like a professional, and helped me foster world peace. This whole experience was a roller coaster of emotions, from anxiety about bowel movements, to sheer joy of being able to eat such delicious ice-cream.

Even as I am sitting here on the phone with a plumber letting them know about the monstrosity that is about to occur, I take comfort in knowing that this was a spiritual experience and the best of my life. 11/10 would get...

Horrible customer service from the owner down. We’ve had several ice cream “Freezes” from here that tasted distinctively of METAL. The first time we didn’t return it because I was in the hospital. The 2nd one I returned and exchanged but was told I was unable to talk to a manager and told they were too busy but they did acknowledge there were other complaints of that specific problem. The 3rd time we returned it the owner, Debra, appeared angry we brought it back and made a scene of having an employee bring it to an outside dumpster to throw it away, asking us why we would bring it back. She then said she had never heard this happen before and refused to give us another one (although the issue was acknowledged the first time I returned one). She asked why we didn’t call or return them every time (I was in the hospital one time and did return another time - other times we were home with our newborn son and it didn’t seem like a huge enough deal to go back) and why we would come back and order the things that we claimed tasted like metal.
