10/5/25 Well, it happened again. I ordered a large soft-serve in a cup (drive-thru) and it was a disappointing amount. I checked the bag before driving off. My husband took it back inside and up to the counter where he was given attitude and told that it's in a large cup. As if the cup size makes it correct even if it's barely filled. A nice manager guy happily made it right but the argumentative girl at the counter and not knowing if the same thing will keep happening makes us very hesitant to go again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I always order a large soft-serve in a cup and the amount given is never consistent. Sometimes it's filled to an appropriate level and sometimes it looks like this. It's frustrating and disappointing to not know what you're going to get and to not get what you're paying for. Update: I spoke with Tonya the manager and she was friendly and helpful and offered a free replacement.

Worse drive thru service I have been to. Seven different times I have place an ice cream or drink order and with one car parked at the window and you have to wait till all their food is cooked, assembled, and ready to go. Then when you get to the window the drink cup has condinsation or ice cream melted for your order. You need to park orders if they are not ready when you have cars behind that order .. I have left this drive thru after I have placed my order at least 7 times. One time I waited 20 minutes. Today I placed an order for a Dilly bar pulled out of line drove to Brownsville and came back past your DQ and that same car was still parked waiting for...

WE FREQUENTLY GO TO THIS STORE PROBABLY AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK IN THE WINTER AND 2-3 IN THE SUMMER MONTHS. PURCHASED AN ICE-CREAM CAKE FOR BIRTHDAY, GIRL AT COUNTER SAID IT WAS CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA PAID 30 DOLLARS FOR CAKE GOT HOME AND CUT CAKE AND COULD NOT EAT IT! IT WAS SO CHOCOLATEY THAT IT WAS LITERALLY DISGUSTING. CALLED THE MANAGER ASKING FOR A REPLACEMENT BEING WE HAVE THE ENTIRE CAKE THAT WAS NOT EATEN AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPEN AND THE MANAGER SAID NO!
