La Fiesta — Restaurant in Centerville

I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I went to the restaurant on a Saturday night right at 5pm. It wasn't crowded but it wasn't empty either. I was seatted immediately. I had chips and salsa on the table within 2 minutes and my drink was on the table within 5 minutes. I order within 10 minutes and my food hit the table within 20 minutes of me walking in the door. The food was visually appealing and hot. I ordered the El Combo Special to try a few different items. Every food item was your standard Mexican restaurant type food. All of it was your average flavor profile. It isn't top shelf but it was good. I ate all of it and was satisfied with it. The wait staff were clean cut and nicely dressed. We happened to be in the area and wanted to eat at a place with excellent reviews so we made a stop at La Fiesta. Food was excellent and the servers were on top of every request. We've been here before but it's been years ago so to us, this seemed like a better experience. The Guacamole was delicious and seemed much more fresh than most places we've been to in recent memory.

For some reason, when we mapped this place out, which was on a Saturday, it said it was closing at 3 pm? It was just after 2 pm so we went anyway and the sign on the door said it was open until 10 pm so not sure what's going on there.

Great Mexican restaurant in Centerville. Wide variety on the menu, so I'm sure you will find something you like. My personal favorite is the Chori Pollo Fiesta, a delicious combination of chorizo, chicken and melty cheese. They also add mushrooms, which I haven't seen at other places, and it is a really nice touch.
