I am finding out that in retail the customer is NOT always right. I have learned that if you run a business and YOU make a mistake YOU should fix it. On the Friday of Pike Days weekend we were having a new roof put on our home. It was about noon so I called Little Joe's Pizza and asked them what time they started to deliver. The woman asked me nothing. She merely said "when we open...at 11 am." I wanted to make sure before I asked the 5 guys working on my roof if they wanted pizza. So I asked the 5 guys and they said that that would be great and pepperoni would be fine. I called Little Joey's back and the same woman answered. She asked me where I lived. I told her and she said no...we don't start delivering there until 4. Wait a second. She didn't say that the first time that I called. She asked if I wanted to talk with the manager. Same stuff. No..the employee did not know, we want to keep our driver's safe, blah blah. Can they not take the back way? No no no. I told her about the situation that they put me in ...why couldn't she deliver the pizza? More blah. It isn't worth it. Their pizza is good but they just blew away good customers. (I called Bentleyville and the guys had their pizzas within the hour. Tough luck. Maybe next time, Ms Manager you should go over your "protocol" with all of your employees prior to things such as Pike Days. Too...

My experience was horrible! I ordered a Gourmet Supreme Sicilian pizza yesterday and when it was delivered it was cold and the cheese (what little there was of it) was actually hard, and I live less than 5 minutes away. In addition, they are very, very stingy with the toppings. The cheese was only in the middle! And if there was one piece of pepperoni per slice! I actually took the pizza in to show them today and when I pointed out that the majority of the pizza was just dough and tomato sauce, and showed him how the cheese didn't come close to covering the pizza, how little pepperoni there was, the cook just shrugged his shoulders and said that happens sometimes. What????? If they had offered to actually do something about it, I wouldn't be so upset, but they really didn't care about customer satisfaction. Extremely rude! As I was walking out the door, the guy who was the cook flippantly said "Have a good day". He was extremely insulting! When I pay close to $20 for a pizza, I expect a much better product. I absolutely would not recommend this place and most certainly will not return! The photos show how little cheese there was. In addition, most of the round red ingredients are tomatoes, not pepperoni! As I said, very stingy with ingredients. I would up throwing over...

As always the food was great!!! Just one issue. When I was there a girl was taking calls and running a register. There was another girl there who was trying to help the other girl who was having obvious difficulties with the things already mentioned as well as difficulty in answering the phones correctly. The girl having the troubles was being very rude to the other girl who was trying to help, but she was being treated very bad by the first girl. This went on the whole time I was there waiting on my food. As I was going to leave I tried to console the “helper girl”,which come to find out the girl having all the trouble was a manager!!! The food great!!! But the manager really needs a class in how to talk to your subordinates and get trained on the things that you have to use for your job or get off the manager trip cause it’s not the spot that you should be in and learn to take criticism and help from people who are trying to help you. Idk the name of the girl who was trying to help despite being talked to rudely and who was berated…but SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER,CAUSE SHE KNEW HER WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE..TO THAT GIRLI SAY...

their pizza is fantastic truly and they were cooperative while ordering. aside from them having a little bit of attitude, it was fine. we sat down to have a slice real quick & the girl walked by and rolled her eyes then the guy immediately came in & goes “i didn’t know you guys were sitting to eat, were closed” which is understandable but dang. it was 859.. we planned on leaving by 905 we just wanted one slice because we were so hungry. i’ve worked in restaurants for 15 years now & never kicked people out unless it was an 45min+ past closing. typically it’s handled “hey just so you know we’re closed but we have a bit to clean up so feel free to have a slice just want to let you know” idk it put a bad taste in my mouth for this place :( which based on other reviews the service is a recurring problem which is unfortunate. at least the pizza is 10/10

Now I know the economy is a bit messed up right now, but the size of the Tiramisu I just got from Lil Joey'd is just sad and pathetic! I also work in the restaurant business and i know stuff keeps going up and up but come on man. The piece that I just got is honestly 2 inches by 2 ½ inches for $5.25!! I am not kidding about the size, just look at the photo. For such a delicious dessert too! So if anybody wants to waste your money on a couple bites of cake go get it from Lil Joey's. We are in the most poverty strike part of the state, the Mon Valley. I can understand in a big city like Nyc or Vegas getting that price for that small desert
