Gobi's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Central Point

Passing through Medford and stopped in town for the night before heading on to Portland. Coffee at the hotel sucked so I stopped in at this cute little food truck that had coffee, juices, energy drinks, etc. The barista was cute and a bit sassy in the best kind of way. She had the trailer decorated with license plates from all over the friends sent her, and she served up a GREAT coffee that clearly started off with good beans.
