This used to be a nice restaurant that you could enjoy a good decently priced meal at now. It is a knock off looking restaurant that looks like a Denny's or some cheapest establishment and they're trying to sell a fillet at $60. Their appetizers are reasonably priced. Obviously, whoever did their menu was not in their right mind or maybe they messed up the price I didn't have the time to ask because the waitress only came up to me. If I literally stood up and flagged her down, we spent over $100 at that restaurant last night. All we wanted were some nice cocktails and a good environment, instead we got made fun of because your bartender doesn't know how to make a old-fashioned and your customer is who are obviously regular Are very vocal about how they feel about people who are obviously outside of their tax bracket. I got stared at and talked about all night, not only by the people in the Establishment but also by your waitress. I suggest that if you're going to be selling an advertising as a high class restaurant, your staff should act in that manner, and probably learn how to make drinks that are equivalent to the food that you are charging for, and an old fashion isn't, a complicated drink. If a manager or anybody would like to reach out to me, that would be wonderful. It was such a horrible Experience we've lived in Raintree for almost 20 years, and I've never experienced such degrading treatment by a server. And if you regulars don't like people like us being in your establishment, trust me that I'll be there every single day talking About how horrible my experience have been, and how awful the staffing people in Hillsboro Missouri are. I'm not a regular there because I own a home in Florida. I just got back so they've never seen me and I'm gonna have people talking about me the server ignoring me I have money and I would've spent a lot more there but because of the...
Read moreThe Food was Mediocre. I was there on my Birthday. Service was horrible. We waited for 9 or more minutes before anyone came out to seat us. Then no water or nothing. Finally got the menus. We ordered and took forever to get our food. There was one table of 4 ladies. And another table of 2 people. So not crowded. We finally got our food. Waitress forgot several things. Our food did not come out together. SO when leaving the restaurant, I fell flat on my face. After you go out the door and your on like the sidewalk, there is step down. No sign or nothing. And the sidewalk and parking lot are all the same. Very dangerous. So I was with 3 other people; who helped me up. No one from the restaurant came out or anything. So when I got back to work, I called the restaurant, to tell them what happened, ask to talk to a manager or someone in charge. So a lady came to the phone. I explained what happened. Left my name and phone number. And told her what was wrong with me after the fall. I told her I twisted my knee, I already started bruising really bad. Cut my knee, scraped my wrist. She said I'll let the owner know. Never got a call back from them, asking if I was ok, if I needed to see a doctor or anything. Very disappointed in this place. The step down...
Read moreIt was not good. I saw they posted on a local Facebook page looking for business. I had no idea it even existed or would be open to the public. I took my daughter there for a nice dinner to check it out. We feel catfished. Freezer burnt green beans, Out of a lot of stuff on the menu, Young new waitress by herself did the best job she could. She was a sweetheart, but it took forever to get barely edible. Crabcakes were gross and burnt, The smashed potatoes had barely seasoning, Tasted like they were made the day before. It seems more like a local hang out at the bar place and have some appetizers. It looks kind of classy online 🤷🏼♀️ It was priced like it was classy and good food. I mean with what we were served and how we were served I just didn’t see the point in engaging in a conversation with them. It would be beyond my scope of helpful, i’m not there to teach somebody how to do a job or to do somebody’s job. Not my monkey,...
