Taco Bell — Restaurant in Central Township

Last time I went there my order was very wrong. We called 5 times before getting an answer and finally were told to drive back and get the whole order replaced. I would've just dealt with it and thrown the one tainted item away, but since they were replacing everything we got dressed and went out again (it was very late). When we got back they said they wouldn't remake it because they didn't want to open more nacho cheese for the last hour of business. Same with beef. They told us they could replace the one item but it would have to be with chicken instead because they didn't want to use more beef for their last hour. Tonight we decided to try again and checked our food before driving away. They had forgotten a taco and a loaded griller. They also used a regular she'll even though I paid for a Doritos shell for my cheesy gordita crunch. We went back in and got it and left. Once we got home we realized they hadn't put the ranch on the replacement gordita. So we got to drive back again. I have had to go back EVERY time I've ever gotten food at Hillsboro taco bell. Sometimes twice. I don't know if it's the employees or management but someone obviously takes no pride in their job whatsoever. Update: It took FOUR remakes for them to put the gordita crunch on a Doritos shell like I paid for. The final one that we got to keep has the wrapper FILLED with ranch after the woman making it said "Oh my God! They really want another one?!" Yes we really want one WITH the ranch and on the shell I paid for. It's more ranch than meat cheese or lettuce. She put it all over the inside and outside. I guess as a final "screw you" to me for wanting...

The 5 different $5 box meals offered makes Taco Bell a feasible option to get your eats on. lol. It is a good filler and the taste of Mexican can be satisfied if you are into American style Mexican fast food. They even serve fries with nacho cheese on top. They all have their unique styles and combinations of different food items, but it all tastes similar to me. When I got home with my $5 chalupa box, and bit into the chalupa, I was highly impressed. It tasted excellent, and I am assuming that some other type of ingredient that is not commonly used in there other food items is mixed into the chalupa. I might be wrong, but if anybody knows of any other ingredient that gives it this excellent taste please let me know. Let's eat some Taco Bell Challupas together sometime. I might just pay this time. but you have to get a cup of water. No soda on my dime.

Got here at 1045,There was crew members sitting not allowed to clock on because the "numbers" were too high for "labor" I understand that,however why did the one in charge keep yelling it at the top of his lungs?He proceeded to tell crew he knows everyone hates him,but too bad,he's doing his job.Again,why do those of us in the dining room need to hear this.The guy in charge was either high on crack,sugar or had way too much coffee.The flaming personality is and was very disruptive,unprofessional,needed to be toned down significantly!One of the crew members was turning the menus boards to lunch he walked up and "goose"grabbed her yelling and laughing.Her expression was uneasy,unhappy and clearly embarrassed.I felt bad for her.That alone should not be allowed in the work place.
