Fairways at Greenview — Restaurant in Centralia

Fairways is always a great choice for a meal. The service is always excellent but it's the food that brings us back. My British born husband and I love the fish and chips. All it needs to be 100% authentic is mushy peas but the slaw is an acceptable alternative. The cod is properly cooked and the batter is light an crunchy. The beer battered fries are different than in the UK where they would serve what we call steak fries but these fries are crispy, hot, and delicious. Nothing but kind words for the Fairways...

I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and Buffalo Hot Wings. My wife had the Blackened Mahi Wrap. The food was excellent and the service was great.
