I am absolutely livid and appalled at the service I received here. I am a manager at a restaurant. As a manager, we want to make sure our customers are happy. And by doing so and ensuring customers return, we must do what we can to make them happy. I received a dish of stuffed shells along with a large pizza. I had just taken my first bite of the shells and it was loaded with egg shells. First of all, why are eggs even in an Italian dish?? Second of all, even though the waitress apologized and took the shells off the bill, I was already disgusted that we didn't even eat our pizza. Third of all, the waitress noticed we were not eating but never even checked up on us. She later gave us the bill. As a manager, I would've taken care of the entire bill. When I talked to the manager, he seemed very clueless on how to even be a manager or present good customer service for that matter. I told him, fine I'll pay for the food I didn't eat and his answer was...well you can take the food with you. That is not the point! It's all about GREAT customer service. Thank you for the balant disregard for good customer service. Not sure how you made it this far in the restaurant business. The most expensive thing in the restaurant business is an empty seat! We will not be in that seat. Thank you for ruining our...
Read moreThis was the first time that I have gone out to eat since March. As you may guess, I am rather cautious and this was a rather nerve wracking experience for me. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience that I had here and wanted to share that. They had signs (pictured) that provided clear direction for customers regarding the expectations for masking and social distancing. All employees were always wearing masks. Our server, Brent, was very respectful and helpful. At one point I saw an employee exit the back (from the bathroom I believe) without a mask. After 2 steps, I saw a look of panic cross her face and she ran back to grab a mask. The bathrooms smelled clean and had some touchless features. Our silverware was wrapped in paper. The cheese came in small cups. Over all, I felt very safe and felt that the employees were taking the situation seriously and that the restaurant was taking steps to ensure that the customers were as well.
But it wouldn't have been very helpful if I had felt safe but the food was lacking. However, the food here is amazing and that holds true now more than ever. Thank you to everyone who worked hard and made this trip out a...
Read moreThe waitress and etc were very friendly, and the food was great. My niece wanted cheesy fries, and they were excellent. We had so much food left over that we all took some home. However, I would suggest that when a customer comes in (and he is big) that you don't put him in an booth that he is so uncomfortable, especially when there is other available seating that you could have seated him in. Then we saw thinner and younger customers being seated where there was much more space. I know that where we were seated at was small also and my niece is claustrophobic, as well as I am. Other than that, this is a very nice restaurant. Would I go back again, maybe, just not on a Sunday. BTW, even my mom said about the seating and she is 83 and not a complainer. She also felt so sorry for that big gentleman. I'm not complaining, I'm just explaining. Thanks again for all your hard work and the awesome food. 👍👍 This is why...
