My family and I were very disappointed with the service here. When our food was brought to us there was a dead fly right on top of my burrito. I did not want to cause a scene, so I took my plate and met the waiter away from my table and away from other people to show him and ask him to remove my dinner from the ticket. We had 3 adults and 5 kids with us. He took my plate from me, shrugged his shoulders, and rolled his eyes at me and just said “ok” as he walked off! He didn’t apologize or anything! I know things happen, but the way he treated me was absolutely rude. I went back to my table and sat down and he came and asked my husband what he wanted to do and my husband asked him to take his plate because he wasn’t going to eat either. The kids were going to eat their food and we were planning on paying for the food consumed and our drinks, but when my husband asked the waiter to take his plate the waiter smirked and rolled his eyes as he removed my husbands plate and just walked away. At that point, I had my family get up and leave...the waiter was EXTREMELY rude and I was trying to go out of my way to conceal the incident and not make a scene! We will never go back there! Very...
Read moreThis used to be a place that I came to all the time when I still lived in Cherokee County. It was so good and my favorite place to eat. but since I have moved away I guess they have gotten a little lazy because I came today to eat and the service was horrible but there was only one other table in the restaurant besides my own. I had to ask for chips and salsa and they brought one bowl for a table of four. It took forever to even get it. I shouldn't have to ask my lazy server for chips and salsa. it is supposed to come to the table when you get your drinks. I guess I would understand if they were busy but they were the opposite of that and I came all this way to eat some good food and it just didn't sit well with me so I will not be coming back. this place has fell off since it first opened and I guess I should have listened to everyone when they warned me not to come here. I am sad to see yet another restaurant fall in...
Read moreI visited Don Bigotes from out of town. We walked in on a quiet Saturday afternoon, were greeted pleasantly by a young woman who seated us warmly and efficiently-- that's where the good customer service ended, really. It was our server's first day on the job because he literally took our order, brought it, and ignored us the rest of the time. We had to literally stop him as he was walking by to another table to ask him for a box and a refill. Moving on, the FOOD was pretty delicious. I'm from Queretaro, MX so I'm used to tex mex "Mexican" food in the South, but Don Bigotes had a pretty extensive menu that reminded me of home. I would recommend for the food, hopefully you get a different server...
