Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Chamberlain

I went there to get something for dinner. As I was waiting for the customer ahead of me, a black man rudely cut to the front of the line. When it was my turn I made a comment about it, and the employees who were not White made multiple very Racist comments about me being White. Then one employee refused to take my order and another employee purposely got my order wrong in a very mocking manner several times. Finally I got my to go order and left, while I was walking to my vehicle the black man who had cut in line tried to hit me with his vehicle. After getting to my vehicle I ate my food and found that it was both of poor quality and burnt . Later now I feel like I have gotten food poisoning, and it clearly looked like it was tampered with. 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

UPDATE: DQ CORPORATION You can watch any of the security video and / or audio, to verify my complaint for accuracy. Both interior cameras and exterior cameras. I am not wasting anymore of my time, dealing with some other Internet site of yours. I made this review so other people don't stop and are able to avoid the terrible things I was forced to experience. Besides based on all the other bad reviews, you clearly have no intention of improving the quality of your restaurant. 2:30 in the afternoon, not busy. The line for people waiting for food was three times as long as the line to order, I waited for at least 15 minutes after I ordered. I ordered a meal with ice cream, food was terrible, I got the wrong blizzard, but the one I received was still good, the only decent thing about this visit. Workers were very slow and the lady who was bringing orders to guests went over to the gas station and was waiting in line to make change and no one filled this role so they were backed up 6 orders that were ready and sitting there. Then the lady would bring out partial orders at a time. The lady in front of me was part of a family and they brought her food as it was ready so they literally called her order number 5 times. And then still had to make the ice cream, I could see she was disgusted. Unacceptable service, need to pay more attention to detail, could really benefit from hiring a business coach to update their operating procedures. Will not be returning...

I got a 4 piece chicken strip basket & it didn’t come with the Texas toast. Usually it does, so I asked the guy running the cash register. He went and checked in the kitchen and said, it only comes with it if you are getting fries & a drink. The chicken strips were hot & fresh, so that was good. The fries were mediocre. Later, I went to order a dipped chocolate cone & a kid’s dish of ice cream. The kids dish was maybe 2 tablespoons. I couldn’t believe how small it was, so I said something to him about it being 2.50 for that. He added some more ice cream.
